Our ITIL® Foundation training is undergoing accreditation by EXIN and prepares participants for the ITIL® Foundation certification exam. Our instructors have a broad array of consulting expertise, are seasoned trainers and are ITIL® certified at the highest level.
Our Foundations course starts with the following topics:
- An Overview of ITIL® and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).
- The life cycle of a service from identification and definition to operations and maintenance.

Our course allows ample time for discussion; question and answer periods; individual and group exercises; implementation guidance; and self-study. Additionally the course provides examination preparation training, including examination techniques and practice examination questions.
Course participants are eligible to sit for the Foundation Certification Exam at the conclusion of the course. The Certification Exam is a one-hour, 40-question, multiple-choice format exam. Exam results are sent to students approximately one week after the exam. The ITIL® Foundation Certificate is a prerequisite to all other ITIL® certifications.
