Elizabeth Schlier is founder and president of Gefion Inc. With more than 15 years of experience leading government and commercial engagements and providing subject matter expertise, Ms. Schlier combines her results-oriented management style and her strong analytical skills and experience developing business solutions to enable clients to achieve transformational change. Her areas of expertise include IT management strategy; IT organizational design; reengineering of both business and IT services; and program development and definition. Ms. Schlier holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Business Economics and Public Policy; is certified at the Master's level in ITIL®. She is frequently an invited speaker and panelist at ITSM events.

Her areas of expertise include IT management strategy; IT organizational design; reengineering of both business and IT services; program development and definition; executive leadership; and business process definition, which she conducts for industry and government clients. Certified as an ITSM expert at the master's level, Ms. Schlier is a frequent speaker at industry events and as a volunteer university guest lecturer.
